The "INSS ONLINE SERVICES" campaign was an action to promote two important contact channels of the National Institute of Social Security: the internet portal and call centre.


The action was aimed to intensify contacts through digital channels of the Institute and thus facilitate communication with users and reduce queues as well as the waiting time in the Call Centres.


This Communication Campaign was created and broadcast by Angola Prev to meet the specific needs of the program developed for the National Institute of Social Security of Angola.
